Our Vision:
A Better Internet is Possible — a Better World is Necessary

CeMAS conceives social process within online and offline spheres as interconnected, not as separate from each other. The increasing influence of online discourse on politics and society in the last decades demonstrated that phenomena of the digital spheres have off-line consequences, which in turn act back into the digital spheres.

CeMAS vision A Better Internet is Possible — a Better World is Necessary signifies developing strategies against conspiracy ideological, antisemitic and right-wing extremist incitement. This will enable us to actively counter these challenges at an early stage.
